OUR FOUNDER
Nathan Shay has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. Prior to founding Red Fawn Consulting, Nathan worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he provided cash flow and asset based (ABL) revolving lines of credit, term loans, equipment loans, acquisition financing, and commercial real estate loans for Middle Market and Corporate Banking clients. Additionally, Nathan was responsible for managing troubled credits and turnaround situations, as well as negotiating bankruptcies and loan recoveries. Prior to commercial banking, Nathan worked for GE Capital, where he spent nine years in private credit and leveraged finance, servicing numerous private equity clients.
Nathan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed his undergraduate degree in business and sociology at the University of Notre Dame, where he also ran cross country and track.
